  Harry A. Reichner, M.A.—President


Harry A. Reichner is a paralegal at the firm of Cozen O’Connor, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mr. Reichner focuses on real estate, finance, corporate, and transactional matters for clients ranging from individuals to start-up businesses, privately held companies and publicly traded, multi-national corporations. Prior to Cozen O’Connor, Mr. Reichner was a paralegal with Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP’s Real Estate and Finance Department and also with Campbell Rocco Law LLC, a boutique law firm serving O’Neill Properties group of companies. Mr. Reichner focused on all legal and transactional functions relating to O’Neill’s various real estate development and business interests as well as administration of the firm.

Mr. Reichner began his career at Chicago Title Insurance Company where he progressed to the position of National Business Unit Coordinator. He worked with Chicago’s commercial clients to close large commercial real estate projects. Mr. Reichner then became a paralegal with the firm of Kaplin Stewart Meloff Reiter and Stein, P.C. assisting attorneys in the firm’s real estate, transactional, land use and zoning practice areas, where he focused in the areas of commercial real estate and the formation of business entities.

Mr. Reichner received both his Bachelor of Arts in German and his Master of Arts in Central and Eastern European Studies and Economics from LaSalle University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mr. Reichner is an adjunct faculty member at Villanova University in Villanova, Pennsylvania and Delaware Valley College in Doylestown, Pennsylvania teaching courses in Paralegal Studies and Business Administration. Mr. Reichner also taught courses at Montgomery County Community College in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Reichner devotes his time to the PAP where he serves as President, as a member of the Board of Directors and chairs the Real Estate Committee. Mr. Reichner also serves as Secretary of the Keystone Alliance of Paralegal Associations, a group comprised of eight Pennsylvania county paralegal associations.

Mr. Reichner has developed foreign language skills in German, Russian and Japanese, and is a practicing calligrapher.


  Lyndora Patterson Tiller—2nd Vice President


Lyndora Patterson Tiller is a Senior Paralegal Specialist in the Litigation Practice Group at Independence Blue Cross, LLC, assisting attorneys in employment law, immigration, insurance and litigation matters. She received her paralegal certificate from Main Line Paralegal Institute and has over 20 years of legal experience. Lyndora is a member of Sigma Tau Delta, an International English Honor Society and her name appears in the edition of Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges. Ms. Patterson Tiller has been a member of The Philadelphia Association of Paralegals since 2001. She is also a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Patterson Tiller currently serves as 2nd Vice President on the Board of Directors of The Philadelphia Association of Paralegals, as well as Chair of the Education Committee and Co-Chair of the Professional Development Committee. In addition, she sits on Delaware County Community College’s Paralegal Advisory Board. I

In previous years, Ms. Patterson Tiller was a member of PAP’s Litigation, Immigration, Medical Legal and Professional Development Committees. She also served as Board Advisor, Secretary, and Assistant Secretary to the Board of Directors, co-chaired the Education Committee and is a Past President. In 2010, Lyndora was honored with a special award for her two terms of service as PAP’s President from 2008-2009 "in grateful appreciation for her outstanding, significant contributions as President of The Philadelphia Association of Paralegals. " She served as an ex-officio member of the Board of Governors of the Philadelphia Bar Association from 2008-2009 and received an award for invaluable and dedicated service to the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Board of Governors. Ms. Patterson Tiller has been published in The Philadelphia Association of Paralegals’ newsletter, The Philadelphia Forum, and The Legal Intelligencer. She has also served as a panelist for paralegal events at Peirce College and Widener University.


  Tamika N. Way, MPA—Secretary

Tamika Way is a Paralegal with Mancheski & Bunker, House Counsel for Chubb Insurance Company, where Tamika specializes in products liability, general insurance defense and torts. Tamika has also worked in the areas of medical malpractice, business litigation, commercial litigation, school law and civil litigation.

Ms. Way received an A.A. in Paralegal Studies from Peirce College, a B.A. in Business Administration concentrating on Legal Studies from Strayer University and a Master of Public Administration from Pennsylvania State University.

Ms. Way is currently the Chair of PAP's In-House Practice Group Committee and Secretary.

  Christine Flynn —Assistant Secretary

Christine Flynn is a Senior Litigation paralegal at Haggerty, Goldberg, Schleifer & Kupersmith, P.C. Ms. Flynn is 2017 Chair of the Pro Bono, Litigation and Programs Committees, as well as Co Chair of the Professional Development Committee. She also serves as liaison to The Legal Intelligencer.

Ms. Flynn serves as Pro Bono Coordinator for the National Federation of Paralegal Associations (NFPA) and Liaison to the American Bar Association (ABA) for the Standing Committee on Pro Bono and Public Service as well as the Standing Committee for the State of the Paralegal Profession. She is a member of the Paralegal Studies Advisory Board at the Community College of Philadelphia. Ms. Flynn serves as a mentor to paralegal students and is involved in a variety of pro bono and community service activities including work with the Support Center for Child Advocates and Philadelphia VIP. She is a member of the National Notary Association (NNA) as well as a paralegal member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ), Pennsylvania Association for Justice (PAJ) and the Philadelphia Bar Association. Ms. Flynn has authored numerous articles for various publications including The Legal Intelligencer, Paralegal Today and the National Paralegal Reporter and is currently serving as an on-line contributor at The Law.Com network for ALM. She has also presented various paralegal webinars for the National Business Institute (NBI) and the Institute of Paralegal Education (IPE).

In 2017, Ms. Flynn was again selected as a member of the Commission on Judicial Selection and Retention for the Philadelphia Bar Association. She was named the 2015 Paralegal of the Year by the American Association for Justice and Advocate Capital, Inc., and recently honored with the 2016 NFPA William R. Robie Leadership Award and the 2016 PAP Pro Bono Award.

   Andrea Yannuzzi—Treasurer and Board Advisor

Andrea Yannuzzi is the 2017 Treasurer and Board Advisor for The Philadelphia Association of Paralegals. She is currently employed as a Paralegal with The Chartwell Law Offices, LLP in the area of insurance defense. Ms. Yannuzzi has over 20 years of paralegal experience. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh and her Paralegal Certificate from the Philadelphia Institute. Ms. Yannuzzi has been an active member of PAP since 2010 and is a member of the Pro Bono Committee.

  Kathryn Dunne—Assistant Treasurer

Kathryn ("Kat") Dunne is a Paralegal with the law firm of Dunne Law Offices, P.C. where she specializes in bankruptcy law. Ms. Dunne is a graduate of Peirce College with a B.S. in Paralegal Studies.


   Mary Lou O’Connell, RP®—Board Member


Mary Lou O’Connell is a senior paralegal at the law firm of Snyder and Barrett in Philadelphia, working in the area of insurance defense. Ms. O'Connell is a member of the Pro Bono Committee of the Philadelphia Association of Paralegals. She is also a member of Nationwide Insurance Company’s Professional Paralegal Network. Ms. O'Connell is a graduate of Gwynedd Mercy College and attended Philadelphia Community College for paralegal studies. She is involved in a variety of pro bono and community service activities.



  Robert Hrouda, RP® —Board Member

Mr. Hrouda is a litigation paralegal at Hangley Aronchick Segal Pudlin & Schiller where he focuses on insurance defense, complex litigation, environmental, products and other commercial litigation. He is a former President of the Philadelphia Association of Paralegals (2002-2005), where he also served as a delegate to both the Keystone Alliance of Paralegal Associations and the National Federation of Paralegal Associations. In 2006, Mr. Hrouda received the Outstanding Local Leadership Award from the NFPA. He was President of the National Federation of Paralegal Associations, Inc. (“NFPA”) from 2012-2014 and previously served as Vice President of Positions and Issues, Chair of Region Directors and Region IV Director. In May 2008, Mr. Hrouda passed the Paralegal Advanced Competency Exam designating him as a PACE Registered Paralegal ®. Prior to joining Hangley Aronchick, he was a paralegal at two prominent Philadelphia law firms where he worked in the areas of personal injury, litigation, labor law, aviation law, and family law. A 1992 graduate of Temple University, Mr. Hrouda received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Law and Business. Mr. Hrouda currently serves on the PAP Board of Directors and is PAP’s Primary Delegate to NFPA and Secondary Delegate to the Keystone Alliance.
